Je werkt met moderne productie-installaties en hanteert strikte procedures om veilige en efficiënte processen te waarborgen. De focus ligt op preventief onderhoud, procesverbetering en het minimaliseren van milieu-impact door het werken volgens veiligheids- en milieunormen. In de rol van Procesoperator heb je directe invloed op het productieproces en stimuleer je een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid, nauwkeurigheid en continue verbetering. Je kunt rekenen op concurrerende arbeidsvoorwaarden met een salaris van €2900 - €4800 bruto per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en bedient procesinstallaties en waarborgt veilige productieomstandigheden. - Je bedient en controleert procesapparatuur en stuurt het proces bij om productiedoelstellingen te behalen. - Je signaleert en analyseert afwijkingen in procesvoering en neemt direct passende maatregelen met oog voor veiligheid en milieu. - Je voert preventief onderhoud en kleine reparaties uit, zelfstandig of in teamverband. - Je draagt actief bij aan procesverbetering en documenteert wijzigingen volgens de geldende procedures. - Je stelt procesparameters en recepten in via het DCS/PLC/SCADA systeem en past instellingen aan voor optimale productkwaliteit en opbrengst. - Je voert eerste lijn foutanalyse uit en lost technische verstoringen zelfstandig op waar mogelijk. - Je bedient en bewaakt reactorvaten, menginstallaties, pompen, compressoren, transportsystemen en verpakkingsinstallaties en bent verantwoordelijk voor een volledige productielijn tijdens je dienst. - Je neemt monsters en voert visuele controles en procesmetingen uit (temperatuur, druk, viscositeit) en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsborging en documentatie. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde technische opleiding MBO-4 of MBO-3 met minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Technische achtergrond bij voorkeur in Chemische Techno.
