Jij bedient en controleert apparatuur, voert routinematige controles uit en signaleert afwijkingen binnen vastgestelde procedures en veiligheidsnormen. Er is aandacht voor scholing en ontwikkeling zodat je opgeleid wordt volgens een gestructureerd opleidingsprogramma en technische kennis binnen het team blijft groeien. De organisatie werkt in ploegendiensten en stemt werkzaamheden af binnen teams om continuïteit van productie en overdracht tussen diensten te garanderen. Werken in Terneuzen betekent bijdragen aan een productieomgeving waar veiligheid en proceskwaliteit voorop staan en waar je kunt doorgroeien door deelname aan verbeterprojecten en aanvullende opleidingen. De functie biedt een salaris van €2600 tot €4500 per maand afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en controleert procesinstallaties en apparatuur als Procesoperator. - Bedien en controleer procesapparatuur zoals kleppen, pompen en meetinstrumenten en voer routinemetingen uit. - Monitor en analyseer procescondities en grijp snel in bij afwijkingen om kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid te waarborgen. - Voer preventief klein onderhoud en eenvoudige reparaties uit en rapporteer technische storingen volgens procedures. - Registreer en rapporteer procesgegevens en afwijkingen volgens geldende systemen en procedures. - Initieer en ondersteun procesverbeteringen gericht op veiligheid, efficiëntie en productkwaliteit. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding niveau 3 Procestechniek met minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Of MBO-opleiding niveau 4 Procestechniek afgerond of in verwachting van afronding. - Of andere technische MBO4-opleiding afgerond en bereidheid om een aanvullende opleiding Procestechniek t.

- MBO-opleiding niveau 3 Procestechniek met minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Of MBO-opleiding niveau 4 Procestechniek afgerond of in verwachting van afronding. - Of andere technische MBO4-opleiding afgerond en bereidheid om een aanvullende opleiding Procestechniek te volgen. - Bereidheid en ervaring om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken en ploegendiensten af te stemmen. - Operationeel probleemoplossend vermogen en vaardigheid in het signaleren en analyseren van afwijkingen. - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, leergierigheid en bereidheid trainingen te volgen. - Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en registratie van procesdata.
