Functie-inhoud - Veilig en efficiënt bedienen en monitoren van productie-installaties als Procesoperator. - Bedienen van productie- en logistieke installaties op een veilige en milieubewuste manier. - Signaleren en verhelpen van procesafwijkingen om de continuïteit te waarborgen. - Bewaken van kwaliteit en naleving van procedures voor eigen veiligheid en die van collega’s. - Zorgen voor orde en netheid in het werkgebied en plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden op de dienst. - Werken op meerdere productie-installaties met een mix van continue en batchprocessen en het bewaken van reactoren, menginstallaties, pompen en drooginstallaties. - Bedienen en instellen van PLC/DCS-gestuurde systemen en het aanpassen van productrecepten en procesparameters binnen het bedieningspaneel. - Uitvoeren van eerste lijns storingsanalyse en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen en escaleren naar technische dienst of teamleider wanneer nodig. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde opleiding Procesoperator B of C of MTS Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar.
