Je verdient tussen € 3.347 en € 4.617 per maand inclusief 21,5% ploegentoeslag, ontvangt in december een 13e maand en krijgt direct een contract bij de opdrachtgever. Dit is een fulltime baan met volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? Als procesoperator extrusie in Oosterhout, in de regio van Breda, Waalwijk, Tilburg, Etten-Leur en Roosendaal, krijg je direct een fulltime baan bij de opdrachtgever. Je verdient een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.755 en € 3.800, dat met de 21,5% ploegentoeslag oploopt tot € 3.347 tot € 4.617 per maand. Daarnaast ontvang je in december een 13e maand. Je werkt als procesoperator samen met je team aan het soepel en efficiënt laten draaien van het productieproces. Je bedient de extrusiemachines, bewaakt de kwaliteit, voert metingen uit en lost kleine storingen op. Ook registreer je productiegegevens en denk je mee over verbeteringen. De functie procesoperator is fulltime, je werkt 38 uur per week in een drieploegendienst. Elke dienst start met een overdracht en je werkt in een betrokken team. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt steeds samen, controleert het proces en je draagt elke dienst netjes over aan je collega procesoperator. Waar ga je werken?
