Gestandaardiseerde procedures waarborgen de betrouwbaarheid van productie-installaties en minimaliseren procesafwijkingen. Het team in Klundert werkt aan productiestromen waarbij veiligheid en duurzaamheid centraal staan. Jij voert procesanalyses uit, optimaliseert instellingen en werkt samen met technische teams om installaties stabiel te laten draaien. De werkomgeving is praktijkgericht en er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling zodat jij jouw vakkennis kunt vergroten. De functie van Procesoperator vereist nauwkeurigheid, een proactieve houding en het vermogen om snel te reageren bij afwijkingen in het proces. Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen €2900 en €4800 per maand en de organisatie biedt secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die de inzet van medewerkers ondersteunen. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bewaken van reactoren en procesinstallaties. - Opereren vanuit de controlekamer en procesparameters bijsturen om productie-output en productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Proces- en productanalyses uitvoeren en afwijkingen en verbeterpunten direct rapporteren. - Deelnemen aan trainingen en projecten voor procesoptimalisatie en het opstellen van procesbeschrijvingen. - Zorgdragen voor veilig werken door procedures te volgen en actief bijdragen aan BHV-activiteiten. - Monitoren en sturen van geautomatiseerde systemen (PLC/DCS/SCADA) en recepten en parameters instellen zonder PLC-programmering uit te voeren. - Bedien en controleer procesapparatuur zoals reactorvaten, menginstallaties, pompen, compressoren, warmtewisselaars en transportbanden. - Visuele controles, metingen (temperatuur, druk, viscositeit) en monstername uitvoeren en coördineren met het laboratorium voor analyse. - Eerstelijns onderhoud uitvoeren zoals smeren, reinigen en kleine afstel.

- MBO Niveau 4 in Chemische Technologie of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Procesoperator of in een soortgelijke rol binnen de procesindustrie. - Vaardigheid in procesbesturing, procesanalyse en kwaliteitsbewaking. - Veiligheidsbewustzijn en ervaring met het werken volgens procedures en veiligheidsprotocollen. - Fulltime beschikbaar, 40 uur per week. - Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan trainingen en BHV-activiteiten.
