- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de procestechniek, bij voorkeur binnen biochemische processen of de food-sector, of aantoonbaar vergelijkbare ervaring. - Affiniteit met biologische processen en procesdenken. - Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht met oog voor detail. - Kennis van en ervaring met HACCP en/of FSSC 22000 of bereidheid dit eigen te maken. - Woonachtig binnen een straal van maximaal 50 kilometer van Zeewolde. - Bereid om in een drieploegendienst te werken en op andere productielocaties ingezet te worden. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; Engels communicatief beheerst.
