De werkzaamheden draaien om het ontvangen en verwerken van melk, het voeren van bewerkingen zoals centrifugeren, homogeniseren, pasteuriseren, fermenteren en koelen en het verpakken en klaarmaken van eindproducten voor distributie. In de productielijn wordt gebruikgemaakt van moderne installaties en PLC-gestuurde systemen voor procesbesturing en reiniging. Medewerkers werken in ploegendiensten en voeren zowel procesbewaking als kwaliteitscontroles en expeditietaken uit. De organisatie hecht waarde aan scholing en ontwikkeling en biedt zowel interne als externe opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productiefuncties.
