Deze organisatie opereert in de food-sector en richt zich op het duurzaam produceren van veilige en hoogwaardige voedingsgrondstoffen voor de voedselketen. De productieomgeving vormt een technisch gedreven omgeving waar geautomatiseerde processen en kwaliteitsborging hand in hand gaan. Jij draagt bij aan een betrouwbare productie en zorgt dagelijks voor het uitvoeren van procesbewaking, kwaliteitscontroles en operationeel onderhoud. Je werkt in compacte teams met korte communicatielijnen, waarbij collega's elkaar ondersteunen bij productie, belading en het oplossen van storingen. De organisatie investeert in jouw ontwikkeling en biedt trainingen om technische vaardigheden en proceskennis verder uit te bouwen. Werken in deze rol betekent regelmatig schakelen tussen bedieningskamer en werkvloer en actief bijdragen aan voedselveiligheid en efficiëntie binnen de maakindustrie. Het aangeboden salaris ligt tussen €2600 - €4000 bruto per maand en de functie wordt uitgevoerd in 3-ploegendienst. Functie-inhoud - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en bijsturen van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. - Jij bedient en monitort de installatie vanuit de bedieningskamer en voert procesaanpassingen en bijstellingen door. - Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op grondstoffen en eindproducten en registreert afwijkingen volgens het kwaliteitshandboek. - Jij voert eerstelijns onderhoud en eenvoudige storingsdiagnoses uit en schakelt technische specialisten in bij complexere storingen. - Jij zorgt voor orde, netheid en veilig werken op de werkplek en ondersteunt bij bulkbelading en bijstorten. - Jij werkt in een food-grade productieomgeving die hoofdzakelijk halffabricaten (ongeveer 70%) en eindproducten (ongeveer 30%) produceert op drie productielijnen, met semi-continuïteit en batchprocessen, circa vier operators per dienst. Jij bedient installaties zoals mengers, transportbanden, pompen, drogers en verpakkingslijnen ond.

- MBO-niveau 3 of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau. - Technische aanleg en nauwkeurigheid, je werkt precies en hebt gevoel voor techniek. - Ervaring in productie- of procesomgeving is een pré, motivatie en leergierigheid worden gewaardeerd. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Jij bent iemand die goed kan samenwerken en ondersteuning biedt aan collega's. - Jij bent bereid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken en flexibel in werktijden.
