Jouw bijdragen Als Procesoperator houd je de verschillende processen en installaties goed in de gaten. Vanuit de controlekamer volg je proceswaarden, meldingen en alarmen en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent daarnaast regelmatig buiten de controlekamer te vinden. Je voert controlerondes uit, controleert installaties en voert metingen en eerstelijnsonderhoud uit. Bij een afwijking of storing onderzoek je wat er aan de hand is en kom je in actie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, bewaken en bijsturen van verschillende installaties; - Controleren van proceswaarden, trends, meldingen en alarmen; - Uitvoeren van controlerondes, metingen en controles; - Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud; - Onderzoeken en waar mogelijk oplossen van technische en procesmatige storingen; - Veiligstellen en weer in bedrijf nemen van installaties; - Begeleiden van externe monteurs en contractors; - Vastleggen van werkzaamheden en storingen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie.
