De rol van Procesoperator omvat zowel routinematige procesbewaking als het oplossen van operationele afwijkingen samen met de technische dienst. Functie-inhoud - Je controleert en beheerst het productieproces en waarborgt kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid. - Je bedient en bewaakt procesinstallaties en registreert procesgegevens. - Je stuurt bij op procesparameters om productiecontinuïteit en productkwaliteit te garanderen. - Je signaleert en meldt afwijkingen en werkt samen met de technische dienst bij storingen. - Je voert routinecontroles en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten. - Je werkt met halffabricaten (ongeveer 60%) en eindproducten (ongeveer 40%). Functie-eisen - HAVO of MBO diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting zoals Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek. - In het bezit van relevante certificaten is een pré, bijvoorbeeld Vapro B of Vapro C. - Basiskennis van productieprocessen, veiligheid en milieuvoorschriften. - Vermogen om technische tekeningen en procesdocumentatie te lezen en op te volgen. - Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oplossingsgericht werken. - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken is vereist.
