In Raamsdonksveer is een productievestiging actief waar jij als Procesoperator een directe rol hebt in het waarborgen van veilige en efficiënte processen. De locatie werkt met geautomatiseerde en mechanische installaties en richt zich op continue verbetering van productieprocessen en logistieke stromen. Er is aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en vakmanschap en er worden trainingen aangeboden die bijdragen aan professionele groei. Het arbeidsvoorwaardelijk pakket omvat een salaris van €2900 tot €4300 per maand en secundaire voorwaarden die passen bij de procesindustrie, waaronder ploegendiensten, pensioenopbouw en verlofregelingen. Functie-inhoud - Jij bewaakt en bedient productie- en logistieke installaties om een veilig en continu proces te garanderen. - Jij bedient en monitort installaties en onderneemt corrigerende acties bij procesafwijkingen volgens geldende procedures. - Jij voert schoonmaak- en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en rapporteert afwijkingen tijdig. - Jij neemt deel aan verbeterteams voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit en draagt actief bij aan optimalisaties. - Jij plant en organiseert werkzaamheden tijdens je dienst en stemt werkzaamheden af met collega’s. - Jij stelt recepten en procesparameters in en voert eerste lijn storingsanalyse uit en lost kleine technische verstoringen zelfstandig op, waarbij bij complexere storingen opgeschaald wordt naar de technisch dienst of ploegleider. - Jij werkt met PLC-gestuurde installaties en SCADA en bedient reactorvaten, menginstallaties, transportbanden, pompen, compressoren, droog- en verpakkingsinstallaties en neemt monsters voor kwaliteitscontroles. Functie-eisen - VMBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau, Basisop.

- VMBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau, Basisoperator of Operator A of gelijkwaardig. - Bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving of procesindustrie. - Minimaal VCA Basis certificering of bereid deze binnen 2 maanden te behalen. - Stressbestendig, resultaatgericht en met een hoge werkstandaard. - Sterke sociale vaardigheden en het vermogen om collega’s te motiveren en enthousiasmeren. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst.
