Op de locatie in De Lier worden verpakkingsprocessen uitgevoerd met aandacht voor kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Medewerkers voeren visuele controles en gewichtscontroles uit en nemen monsters voor kwaliteitscontrole volgens HACCP-richtlijnen. Operatoren stellen receptwaarden in op PLC-bedienpanelen, registreren verpakt volume nauwkeurig en voeren preventief onderhoud uit terwijl zij eerste lijn storingen zelfstandig oplossen en bij complexere storingen escaleren naar de technische dienst of ploegleider. Er is aandacht voor het naleven van werk- en veiligheidsinstructies en voor het borgen van procesparameters om consistente productkwaliteit te behouden.
