Jij werkt veelal in teamverband en voert operationele taken uit die variëren van het bedienen en monitoren van installaties tot het reinigen en onderhouden van proceslijnen. Er is expliciete aandacht voor duidelijke werkprocedures en het naleven van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften om onveilige situaties en productieafwijkingen te voorkomen. De organisatie investeert in jouw ontwikkeling door on-the-job training en gerichte opleidingen, waardoor jij jouw technische vaardigheden kunt uitbreiden en doorgroeimogelijkheden krijgt naar specialistische of leidinggevende rollen binnen de productielijn. Er is ruimte voor het volgen van aanvullende cursussen en certificeringen die relevant zijn voor de procesindustrie en voor het verbeteren van procesbeheersing en efficiëntie. De functie biedt een salarisrange van €2900 - €4800 per maand afhankelijk van ervaring en competenties en past binnen de gangbare marktvoorwaarden voor soortgelijke functies in de regio Almelo. Functie-inhoud - Jij voert zelfstandig het volledige productieproces uit en stuurt mede aan. - Starten, opvolgen en bijsturen van processen volgens vastgestelde procedures. - Bedienen en controleren van installaties en registreren van procesgegevens. - Dagelijkse afstemming met de teamleider over grondstoffen en productieplanning. - Reinigen van materialen en machines en zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkomgeving. - Signaleren en verhelpen van praktische en technische storingen in samenwerking met de technische dienst. - Monitoren van geautomatiseerde besturingen (PLC/SCADA), uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en bij complexe storingen escaleren naar engineering of de technische dienst. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in richting Procestechniek of Elektrotechniek. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Procesoperator of in een vergelijkbare functie in de procesindustrie. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het bedienen van productie-installaties. - Probleemoplossend vermogen en ervaring met het oplossen van storingen. - Kennis van en werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een zelfstandige werkhouding.
