Je werkt samen met een betrokken team om hoogwaardige substraten te produceren voor de teelt van champignons en exotische paddenstoelen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van geautomatiseerde machines en zorg je ervoor dat processen efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen blijven draaien. Dit is een kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een innovatieve en internationale werkomgeving waar samenwerking en groei centraal staan. Wat je gaat doen: - Instellen: bedienen en controleren van geautomatiseerde machines en installaties. - Bewaken: signaleren van afwijkingen of storingen in het productieproces. - Onderhouden: uitvoeren van lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden en schoonmaken van machines volgens hygiënevoorschriften. - Samenwerken: nauw contact houden met collega's en de senior operator om processen te optimaliseren. - Rapporteren: bijhouden van productiegegevens en melden van bijzonderheden aan je leidinggevende.
