Dit productiebedrijf is actief in de foodsector en produceert frietjes als eindproduct. De locatie in Oudenhoorn verzorgt het verpakken van die eindproducten voor nationale en internationale afzet. Dit bedrijf heeft een productieomgeving gericht op verpakkingsprocessen en inpaklijnen waar operators verantwoordelijk zijn voor het instellen en bedienen van machines en het borgen van kwaliteit. In Oudenhoorn werk je in een team binnen de afdeling Operations en stem je dagelijks af met afdelingen zoals veiligheid, kwaliteit, productie, verlading, planning en technische dienst. De werkzaamheden vragen om technische belangstelling, nauwkeurigheid en een praktische instelling om efficiënt en veilig te produceren. De rol richt zich op het bedienen van inpakmachines, het verhelpen van kleine storingen en het uitvoeren van controles op productkwaliteit volgens geldende werkinstructies. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en medewerkers krijgen ruimte om hun vaardigheden te vergroten en door te groeien binnen de organisatie.

- Je bedient en stelt inpakmachines in als Procesoperator Inpak op basis van inpakorders en productspecificaties

- Je bewaakt de veiligheid en kwaliteit van het verpakkingsproces

- Je verhelpt kleine storingen aan de inpakmachines of meldt deze aan de technische dienst

- Je werkt samen met collega’s van productie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning om de productiecontinuïteit te waarborgen

- Je voert werkoverdrachten uit en werkt volgens de 5-ploegendienst planning

Functie-eisen: - Minimaal MBO 3 of 4 werk- en denkniveau bijvoorbeeld een opleiding in de procestechnologie

- Analytisch vermogen en interesse in techniek

- Bereidheid en ervaring met werken in 5-ploegendienst
