The posting

Voor onze opdrachtgever in Lomm zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Operator Anodiseren. Onze opdrachtgever is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardig aluminium bouwbeslag. Daarnaast worden er verschillende bewerkingen aan aluminium producten uitgevoerd.

Als Operator Anodiseren ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een veilig, efficiënt en soepel verloop van het productieproces binnen de anodiseerderij. Je bewaakt en beheert de procesbaden, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in wanneer er afwijkingen optreden. Samen met de afdelingschef coördineer je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en stuur je het team operationeel aan tijdens de productie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Opstarten en afsluiten van het productieproces; - Monitoren, analyseren en bijsturen van de procesbaden; - Uitvoeren en coördineren van onderhoud aan de procesbaden en installatie; - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van kwaliteitscontroles; - Bewaken van de productieplanning en personeelsinzet; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en aandragen van verbeteringen; - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega’s op de werkvloer; - Zorgdragen voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving; - Uitvoeren van overige voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling.

Het gaat om een functie in dagdienst. De werktijden zijn van 07:30 tot 16:15 uur. Overwerken doordeweeks en in het weekend kan voorkomen, maar gebeurt altijd in goed overleg.

- Ervaring als operator, een technische achtergrond en/of ervaring; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar in dagdienst en op zoek naar een baan voor de langere termijn; - Je beheerst bij voorkeur de Nederlandse taal en daarnaast de Engelse en Duitse taal; - Bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en collega’s aan te sturen.
