Je werkt volgens vaste recepturen en zorgt ervoor dat micro- en macrocomponenten nauwkeurig worden voorbereid, afgewogen, gedoseerd en gemengd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden en opstarten van de productie-installaties. - Bewaken van het volledige meng- en productieproces. - Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles volgens specificaties. - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van procesverstoringen. - Verrichten van eerstelijns onderhoud en reinigingswerkzaamheden. - Registreren van productie-, kwaliteits- en procesgegevens in SAP. Je werkt in een ploegenteam van ongeveer 13 collega's. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor een stabiel productieproces en het realiseren van de geplande productie. Wat wij vragen Jij bent een ervaren operator die nauwkeurig werkt en begrijpt hoeveel verantwoordelijkheid komt kijken bij de productie van baby- en kindervoeding. Je bent technisch ingesteld, kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en voelt je prettig in een omgeving met strikte kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: - Minimaal mbo 3 of 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. - Ervaring als operator in een productie- of procesomgeving. - Ervaring met SAP is een harde eis voor deze functie. - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. - Bekendheid met high-care hygiëneomgevingen of de discipline om hier strikt naar te werken. - Goede...
