Deze organisatie opereert binnen de procesindustrie en richt zich op continue productieprocessen met aandacht voor kwaliteitsbewaking en efficiency verbetering. Een team van operators en technici werkt in ploegendiensten aan het veilig en efficiënt draaien van installaties. De productieomgeving is robuust en technisch van aard, waarbij zorgvuldig omgaan met grondstoffen, het bedienen van ovens en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles dagelijks terugkomen in het werk. Veiligheid en procesbeheersing staan centraal in de dagelijkse uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Het salaris ligt tussen €2900 en €4300 bruto per maand en er zijn aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals vakantiedagen, ATV-dagen, een 13e maand en een pensioenregeling. Functie-inhoud - Je start en bedient de smeltoven en bewaakt procesparameters als Procesoperator B. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en signaleert afwijkingen tijdig. - Je grijpt zelfstandig in bij acute afwijkingen en stuurt het proces bij om continuïteit te waarborgen. - Je beheert grondstoffen en ondersteunt lijnoperatoren om hoogwaardige halffabricaten en eindproducten te realiseren. - Je neemt actief deel aan verbeterteams en doet verbetervoorstellen om processen efficiënter en veiliger te maken. - Je werkt met geautomatiseerde regelsystemen (DCS/PLC) en stelt productie-recepten in en past procesparameters aan. - Je voert eerstelijns storingsanalyse uit en lost kleine technische problemen zelf op, met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider bij complexe storingen. - Je voert visuele en meetcontroles uit, neemt monsters en ondersteunt bij laboratoriumanalyses voor kwaliteitsborging. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een compleet deel van de productielijn en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen. Functie-eisen - Operator B (VAPRO) diploma of gelijkwaardige mbo-opleiding. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met productieprocessen, bij voorkeur in de procesindustrie. - Je bent fysiek fit en bereid te werken in.
