De productieplaats in Eijsden heeft meerdere productielijnen en vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, ordelijkheid en een praktische aanpak van medewerkers. Je voert operationele taken uit zoals het bedienen van apparatuur, monstername en basisonderhoud om de continuïteit van processen te waarborgen. De werkomgeving is sterk geautomatiseerd met meet- en regelsystemen en vereist dat je processen bewaakt, parameters bijstelt en rapportages verzorgt. Er is aandacht voor duidelijke procedures, veiligheidsvoorschriften en samenwerking tussen operators en technische teams. Deze functie biedt een salaris tussen €2900 en €4800 per maand en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals opleidingsmogelijkheden en een pensioenregeling. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en controleert zelfstandig de productieprocessen en waarborgt veilige productie. - Je bedient en bijregelt productieapparatuur zowel in het veld als vanuit de meet- en regelkamer. - Je signaleert en analyseert procesafwijkingen en stuurt direct bij in overleg met collega-operators en leidinggevende. - Je monitort en waarborgt veiligheidsaspecten en HSE-kritische instrumenten. - Je verwerkt productiegegevens in geautomatiseerde systemen en rapporteert relevante productie-informatie. - Je voert eerste lijns onderhoud uit en stuurt de technische dienst aan bij storingen. - Je draagt actief bij aan kleinschalige verbeterprojecten en doet voorstellen ter optimalisatie van output, kwaliteitsverbetering en energiebesparing. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding Procestechniek (Operator B) of gelijkwaardig. - (Stage)ervaring binnen een flexibele productieorganisatie, bij voorkeur in de procesindustrie. - Beschikbaarheid voor 5-ploegendienst en bereidheid tot werken in continu dienst. - Hands-on mentaliteit, resultaatgericht en kwa.
