De vestiging in Vlaardingen beschikt over moderne procesinstallaties en richt zich op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Medewerkers in productie en procesvoering werken samen aan continue verbetering en het waarborgen van productkwaliteit en naleving van procedures. Als Procesoperator B heb jij technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en ervaring met batch- en continue processen. Je krijgt een fulltime aanstelling van 40 uur per week en een salaris tussen €2900 en €4800 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en vaardigheden. Er is aandacht voor on-the-job training en vakgerichte opleidingen, met doorgroeimogelijkheden naar senior procesoperator of teamleider. Veilig werken en het naleven van milieunormen zijn leidend in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt veilig en efficiënt procesinstallaties. - Je stelt procesparameters in en voert aanpassingen door om de kwaliteit van het eindproduct te waarborgen. - Je neemt regelmatig monsters, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende. - Je ondersteunt bij gepland onderhoud en lost kleine storingen op om productiecontinuïteit te behouden. - Je werkt volgens veiligheids- en milieuregels en draagt bij aan verbetertrajecten in de productie. - Je bedient geautomatiseerde procesinstallaties (PLC/DCS), stelt recepten en procesparameters in en voert eerste lijns onderhoud uit aan mixers, pompen en reactorvaten. Bij complexere storingen schakel je de technische dienst of de shiftleider in. Functie-eisen - Opleiding in Chemische Technologie, Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar op MBO+/HBO-niveau. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als procesoperator (medior niveau). - Praktische kennis van procesinstallaties en instrumentatie. - Technische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen bij procesafwijkingen. - Bereidheid om 40 uur per w.
