Medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een compleet arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket, waaronder een salaris van €2600 - €4000 bruto per maand, ploegentoeslag bij inzet in ploegendienst en aanvullende vergoedingen en voorzieningen die passen bij een fulltime dienstverband in de procesindustrie. Functie-inhoud - Jij start, bedient en bewaakt veilig de productie-installaties en processen. - Jij bewaakt het smeltproces, signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt zelfstandig in om het proces te stabiliseren. - Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen zodat het eindproduct voldoet aan de gestelde eisen. - Jij voert eenvoudige onderhouds- en installatiewerkzaamheden uit en schakelt waar nodig technische dienst in. - Jij werkt samen in verbeterteams en doet verbetervoorstellen om efficiëntie en veiligheid te verhogen. - Jij monitort procesparameters, stelt procesinstellingen en recepten bij binnen het DCS/PLC-omgeving, voert eerste lijn foutanalyse uit en escaleert naar technische dienst of ploegleider bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding en in het bezit van een Operator B (VAPRO) diploma. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het bedienen van productie-installaties. - Bereidheid om in 3-, 4- of 5-ploegen te werken e.
