In Sittard biedt deze organisatie een werkomgeving waar productie, kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan en waar medewerkers worden ondersteund in het ontwikkelen van technische vaardigheden en vakmanschap. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op de productievloer waar aandacht is voor procesbeheer, nauwkeurige dosering van grondstoffen en continue kwaliteitscontrole. Medewerkers werken in teams met korte communicatielijnen en volgen duidelijke procedures om veilige en betrouwbare productie te realiseren. De organisatie investeert in on-the-job training en gerichte opleidingen om technische kennis te vergroten en biedt mogelijkheden voor doorgroei naar meer complexe proces- of onderhoudsfuncties. Er is aandacht voor het voorkomen van stilstand door preventief onderhoud en het scherp houden van procesregistratie, waardoor betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie worden verhoogd. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt productie-installaties in en start en stopt productieprocessen als Procesoperator B. - Je bewaakt procesparameters en registreert procesgegevens om de productkwaliteit continu te waarborgen. - Je weegt en doseert grondstoffen zoals vloeistoffen en poeders volgens receptuur en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig. - Je stuurt mengsels via pompen naar opslagtanks en verzorgt aansluit- en transportwerkzaamheden op de productievloer. - Je voert kritische kwaliteitscontroles uit, meldt afwijkingen en ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud om stilstand te verminderen. - Je monitort geautomatiseerde processen via PLC/SCADA, stelt recepten en parameters in, voert eerste storingsanalyse en eerste lijn onderhoud uit en schakelt bij complexere storingen de technische dienst of ploegleider in als Procesoperator B. Functie-eisen - MBO-diploma in Procestechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in prod.

- MBO-diploma in Procestechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in productie of procesindustrie. - Praktische kennis van doseren, pompen en basis procesbesturing. - Vermogen om procesparameters te monitoren en nauwkeurig procesgegevens te registreren. - Veiligheidsbewustzijn en bij voorkeur VCA-certificaat.
