Medewerkers werken structureel in teams aan continue verbetering van productie, onderhoud en logistiek. Deze organisatie zet in op duidelijke werkprocedures en investeert in opleidingen en interne begeleiding om medewerkers te laten doorgroeien naar allround functies binnen de fabriek. De productieomgeving vraagt om strikte aandacht voor netheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit en biedt veel ruimte voor praktische groei en vakmanschap. De beloning voor de functie is marktconform met een salarisindicatie van €2900 - €4300 per maand, aangevuld met secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en ontwikkelmogelijkheden die bijdragen aan een duurzame loopbaan in de procesindustrie. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en bedient productieprocessen in de fabriek. - Je voert bedienings- en controlewerkzaamheden uit aan productie- en logistieke installaties. - Je signaleert procesafwijkingen en onderneemt directe acties om veiligheid en kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je organiseert en plant werkzaamheden tijdens je dienst en werkt nauw samen met collega’s voor een efficiënt proces. - Je draagt bij aan verbeterteams voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit. - Je werkt in een low-mix/high-volume seriesproductie van kunststofgrondstoffen met variabele recepten in een semi-continuproces op drie productielijnen, deels semi-geautomatiseerd, op een middelgroot fabrieksterrein met jaarvolumes van enkele duizenden tonnen en je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in een team van ongeveer 6 operators. Functie-eisen - VMBO of MBO werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld Basisoperator of Operator A. - Minimaal VCA-basis certificering of bereidheid deze binnen 2 maanden te behalen. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré. - Je bent resultaatgericht, stressbestendig en heb.

- VMBO of MBO werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld Basisoperator of Operator A. - Minimaal VCA-basis certificering of bereidheid deze binnen 2 maanden te behalen. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré. - Je bent resultaatgericht, stressbestendig en hebt een hoge werkstandaard. - Je beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden en kunt collega’s motiveren. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en kunt instructies duidelijk opvolgen.
