In deze functie bewaak je proceswaarden, analyseer je afwijkingen en stuur je installaties zelfstandig bij wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen, registreert belangrijke procesgegevens en schakelt snel bij storingen of kwaliteitsafwijkingen. Voor deze verantwoordelijkheid verdien je tussen €3.800, en €4.500, bruto per maand. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, veiligheid en continu verbeteren centraal staan en waar jouw ervaring als operator echt wordt benut. Functieomschrijving Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al stevig in zijn schoenen staat als procesoperator. Je bent gewend om processen technisch te beoordelen, afwijkingen te herkennen en zelfstandig bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is. - Ervaring als procesoperator binnen een industriële of foodproductieomgeving. - Ervaring met SCADAsystemen of vergelijkbare PLC/procesbesturingssystemen. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het interpreteren van proceswaarden. - Zelfstandig kunnen reageren op afwijkingen en processtoringen. - Oog voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en veilig werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken. - Nauwkeurig kunnen registreren van procesgegevens en uitgevoerde acties. - Bereidheid om actief mee te denken over procesverbeteringen.
