Functie-inhoud - Je stelt, bedient en optimaliseert productie-installaties om productkwaliteit en efficiency te waarborgen. - Je voert ombouw- en afstelwerkzaamheden uit en bewaakt procesparameters om binnen de gestelde normen te blijven. - Je signaleert storingen en werkt samen met de technische dienst aan duurzame oplossingen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en draagt bij aan het naleven van hygiëne- en veiligheidsprocedures. - Je stemt dagelijks voorraad en inkoop van grondstoffen af en ondersteunt bij het uitvoeren van de productieplanning. - Je bedient en bewaakt PLC-gestuurde installaties en SCADA-schermen, stelt productrecepten en procesparameters in en werkt met mengtanks, pompen, transportbanden, droog- en verpakkingsmachines. Functie-eise.

- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Opleiding Procesoperator (B/C) of MBO-Food is een pré. - Meer dan 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving is gewenst. - Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een pré. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en basis Engels. - Bereidheid om in 3 ploegen te werken (06:00/14:45 - 14:00/22:45 - 22:00/06:45). - Praktische en technische kennis van het bedienen van installaties of bereidheid dit te leren. - Ervaring met BRC procedures is een pré.
