Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf in de zuivelketen dat zich richt op de verwerking en verpakking van yoghurt. In Maastricht-Airport worden procesactiviteiten uitgevoerd die gaan van melkontvangst tot het eindproduct in de verpakking en waarbij hygiëne en voedselveiligheid centraal staan. De productie omvat verwerking van melk tot eindproducten en semi-fabricaten binnen een foodomgeving met specifieke eisen op het gebied van ARBO, milieu en HACCP. De productiewerkzaamheden omvatten onder meer centrifugeren, homogeniseren, pasteuriseren, steriliseren, fermenteren en koelen en vinden plaats in een productieomgeving waarin operators samenwerken met lijnoperators en een technische dienst. In deze organisatie werkt men in ploegendiensten met teams van 2-5 medewerkers per shift waarbij continue bewaking van kwaliteit en productievoortgang essentieel is. In Maastricht-Airport zijn interne en externe scholingsmogelijkheden aanwezig en zijn er concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functiegericht technisch werk en leidinggevende posities binnen de productieketen.

- Je bedient en optimaliseert machines voor centrifugeren, homogeniseren, pasteuriseren, steriliseren, fermenteren en koelen

- Als Proces Operator bewaak je de productievoortgang en rapporteer je naar de productiemanager

- Je ondersteunt de lijn operator en stemt werkzaamheden af met het team van 2-5 medewerkers per shift

- Als Proces Operator los je (proces)technische storingen op en signaleer je wanneer escalatie naar technische dienst nodig is

- Je registreert en verwerkt procesgegevens en draagt bij aan het naleven van ARBO, milieu en HACCP
