Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt de productieprocessen van de kartonmachine. - Je bedient en controleert de kartonmachine en bijbehorende installaties. - Je stelt machines in en voert procesinstellingen uit om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je bewaakt procesparameters, registreert productiegegevens en signaleert afwijkingen. - Je voert routineonderhoud en kleine storingsreparaties uit en meldt grotere storingen tijdig. - Je werkt volgens veiligheidsprocedures en draagt bij aan een schone en georganiseerde werkplek. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor één complete kartonproductielijn in een continu hoogvolumeproces, werkt met PLC en SCADA voor het instellen van recepten en parameters, voert eerste lijn foutanalyse uit en schakelt bij complexe storingen de technische dienst of ploegleider in. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare technische achtergrond. - Bereidheid tot het volgen van opleiding Procesoperator A en B. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met productieprocessen of technisch werk is een pré. - Veilig werken en veiligheidsbewustzijn in ploegendiensten. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte houding. - Flexibel inzetbaar in een vijfploegendienst. - Basiskennis van procescont.
