Over het werk Als procesoperator bedien en bewaak je vanuit de controlekamer een complete productielijn voor betonnen stenen en trottoirbanden. Via de besturingssystemen stel je het proces in, houd je de mengerij in de gaten en pas je instellingen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Regelmatig loop je langs de productielijn om te controleren of de producten goed door de installatie komen. Je kijkt daarbij onder andere naar de maatvoering, vlakheid en afwerking. Zie je dat iets niet helemaal goed loopt, dan pas je kleine instellingen aan of stem je af met een collega. Je volgt de productieplanning, voert receptwissels uit en helpt bij het wisselen van mallen. Bij een storing kijk je eerst wat er aan de hand is en los je eenvoudige problemen zelf op. Voor grotere reparaties en onderhoud werk je samen met de Technische Dienst. Storingen en bijzonderheden leg je vast in het systeem. Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om je technische kennis verder uit te breiden. Je kunt opleidingen volgen en doorgroeien naar bijvoorbeeld vervangend voorman, waarbij je naast het proces ook meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt binnen het team. Wat wij bieden - Salaris: € 3.570,- tot € 4.450,- bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag, op basis van 40 uur per week - Minimaal 37 vrije dagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband - 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 3,5% van je jaarsalaris - Ruimte voor persoonlijke en technische ontwikkeling via opleidingen en trainingen - Extra voordelen zoals FiscFree, een kerstpakket en een actieve pers...
