Deze productieomgeving opereert binnen de procesindustrie en richt zich op verpakkingsprocessen en productielijnen. Jij werkt in een omgeving waar precisie en veiligheid centraal staan, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie. In Heino werk je in een ploegensysteem, waardoor de continuïteit van de productie gewaarborgd is en je volgens gestandaardiseerde werkprocedures samenwerkt. Nauwkeurigheid bij het bedienen en instellen van machines is essentieel, net als een proactieve houding ten aanzien van onderhoud en procesoptimalisatie. Je krijgt begeleiding op de werkvloer en toegang tot trainingen om je vakkennis te vergroten en door te groeien naar meer technische functies. Er is aandacht voor een duidelijke veiligheidscultuur en voor arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij de procesindustrie. De organisatie hanteert een vaste werkweek van 40 uur en biedt secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij het functieprofiel, inclusief een salarisrange van €2600 - €4500 per maand voor deze functie. Functie-inhoud - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt bedienen en bewaken van verpakkingslijnen voor blikverpakkingen. - Jij bedient en stuurt de verpakkingsmachines en -lijnen. - Jij bewaakt procesparameters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om productkwaliteit te garanderen. - Jij lost storingen op eerste lijn op en rapporteert technische afwijkingen aan de technische dienst. - Jij voert instelwerkzaamheden en productwissels uit en zorgt voor nette overdrachten tussen ploegen. - Jij werkt volgens veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van het productieproces. - Jij werkt op 1 tot 3 verpakkingslijnen voor blikken met een hoog volume eindproducten zoals soepen, sauzen en ingeblikte groenten, waarbij ongeveer 85% eindproducten en 15% halfafgewerkte verpakkingscomponenten wordt verwerkt. - Jij bedient hooggeautomatiseerde lijnen met PLC/SCADA besturing, waaronder vulmachines, sealmachines, transportbanden, etiketteermachines, pom.

- VMBO of MBO richting Procestechniek, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in productieomgeving of procesindustrie is gewenst. - Bereidheid en inzetbaarheid voor 2- of 3-ploegendiensten. - Technische en praktische instelling met probleemoplossend vermogen. - Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en een veilige werkhouding. - Communicatief vaardig en accuraat bij overdracht en rapportage.
