Functie-inhoud - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en monitoren van het productieproces van boter en zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte procesvoering. - Je bedient en controleert de boter- en verpakkingsmachines en voert opstart, reiniging en stillegging uit. - Je volgt product- en procescontroles en registreert ontvangst-, pasteuriseer- en procesgegevens. - Je signaleert afwijkingen en lost kleine technische of processtoringen adequaat op. - Je werkt mee in de productie en zorgt voor een juiste overdracht tussen ploegen. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur niveau 4. - Ervaring binnen de food-sector of levensmiddelenindustrie is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en basiskennis van procesbesturing. - Goede beheersing van het Microsoft Officepakket en basiskennis van Engels. - Vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid. - Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om te werken in twee- of drie.
