Als Procesoperator C in 5 ploegen in Swalmen bewaak jij een innovatief proces, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en output elke dag op niveau blijven. Je werkt met complexe processtappen rond Miscanthus en lignine-extractie uit blackliquor. Daarbij combineer je procesbeheersing met technische werkzaamheden en denk je actief mee over hoe het proces slimmer, stabieler en efficiënter kan draaien. - Verwerken van Miscanthus met warm water en hoge pH-waarden. - Bewaken en optimaliseren van procescondities en productie-output. - Werken volgens geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen. - Ondersteunen bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het oplossen van storingen. - Deelnemen aan verbeterteams en meewerken aan verdere professionalisering. Functie-eisen Jij houdt van techniek, begrijpt wat er in een proces gebeurt en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid telt. Met jouw ervaring pak je verantwoordelijkheid, schakel je snel en werk je zorgvuldig samen binnen een ploegendienst. - Minimaal mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in procestechniek. - Een afgeronde Operator C-opleiding of vergelijkbare achtergrond is een pré. - Je werkt veilig, gestructureerd en met oog voor kwaliteit. - Je bent bereid om in een 5-ploegenrooster te werken en jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen.
