Deze organisatie ontwikkelt en produceert zuivelproducten in een moderne productielocatie met recente investeringen in nieuwe productielijnen. Het team werkt op meerdere afvullijnen en verpakkingsstations in een 3-ploegendienst zodat de productie continu kan draaien. Medewerkers voeren taken uit variërend van het opbouwen en instellen van lijnen tot het bedienen van machines, demontage en reiniging van onderdelen en steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles. De organisatie werkt binnen de food-sector en legt nadruk op efficiënte procesvoering, hygiëne en productveiligheid volgens HACCP-richtlijnen. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het opdoen van ervaring met verschillende afvullijnen en technische werkzaamheden binnen de procesindustrie. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand en er zijn secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals vakantiedagen en ploegentoeslagen voor medewerkers in de ploegendienst. Functie-inhoud - Je laat het productieproces van zuivelproducten soepel en efficiënt verlopen. - Je assembleert en stelt productielijnen op en voert testen en finetuning uit. - Je bedient, stelt om en bijregelt vul- en verpakkingsmachines, trayvouwers en randapparatuur. - Je demonteert en reinigt vulonderdelen en tanks en voert eenvoudige onderhoudstaken uit. - Je voert steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles uit op gewicht, codering, temperatuur en verpakking en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je overlegt en werkt samen met afdelingen zoals expeditie en technische dienst om productiecontinuïteit te waarborgen. - Je bewaakt en stuurt procesparameters via PLC-besturing en stelt receptinstellingen en basisparameter-aanpassingen bij. - Je rapporteert veiligheids- en kwaliteitsafwijkingen, neemt deel aan toolboxmeetings en levert input voor verbeterprojecten gericht op kwaliteit, levertijd en verspilling. - Afgeronde MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Levensmiddelentechnologie, Zuivel of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de levensmiddelenindustrie of procesindustrie. - Kennis van HACCP en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Nauwkeurig, technisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht bij het verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen.
