Voor een voedingsbedrijf regio Lier, zijn we op zoek naar een procesoperator die als lijnverantwoordelijke aan de slag wil.

Als Procesoperator sta je in voor de productielijn, maar ben je ook de regisseur van het gehele productieproces.

  • Overzicht productieproces: Als lijnverantwoordelijke overzie je het volledige productieproces. Je stelt productiemachines af en bouwt ze om.
  • Teamcoördinatie: Je coördineert, ondersteunt en begeleidt jouw collega’s die de verschillende productie-onderdelen bemannen. Hierbij ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de werkverdeling op de productielijn.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Als echte kwaliteitscontroleur bewaak je de kwaliteit volgens strenge normen. Je bent bekend met normen zoals IFS, BRC, en HACCP.
  • Storingsspeurder: Je detecteert storingen te detecteren. Probeer ze zelf op te lossen en bied ondersteuning aan de techniekers.
  • Opleiding: Diploma hoger middelbaar onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met technisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in een (voeding)productieomgeving is een sterke plus, net als kennis van IFS, BRC, en HACCP normen.
  • Communicatie: Goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven is essentieel.
  • Ingesteldheid: Je hebt een positieve attitude en straalt dit ook uit naar je collega's.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om in ploegenstelsels te werken, inclusief nachtshiften tijdens piekperiodes.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid: Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor een ordelijke en hygiënische werkomgeving.
  • Analytisch inzicht: Je kan met de computer werken
