De werkzaamheden zijn ingericht op efficiënte productieruns met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem en bedient en stelt productiemachines bij. Je assembleert, bedient en bouwt machines voor volgende productieruns en voert snel storingswerkzaamheden uit in de productielijn. Er is nadruk op nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling van grondstoffen en producten en op het waarborgen van productkwaliteit door regelmatige productcontroles. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, bent leergierig en draagt actief bij aan procesoptimalisatie en veiligheid. De organisatie biedt gegarandeerd werk en inkomen met een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2600 en €4500 en een ploegentoeslag van 27% voor de 5-ploegendienst. Er is ruimte voor doorgroei binnen processen en techniek en doorgaans een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband voor gemotiveerde kandidaten. De cultuur is gericht op samenwerking, veiligheid en continue verbetering met aandacht voor een schone en opgeruimde werkplek als basis voor betrouwbare productie. Functie-inhoud - Je laat de productielijnen veilig en efficiënt draaien en behaalt kwaliteitsnormen. - Je stelt productiemachines in en stuurt bij om stabiele productie te garanderen. - Je bewaakt procesparameters en voert tussentijdse productcontroles uit. - Je boekt gebruikte grondstoffen en producten administratief in het systeem en verwerkt productiegegevens. - Je voert ombouwwerkzaamheden en kleine mechanische aanpassingen uit ter voorbereiding van productieruns. - Je lost storingen op en ondersteunt bij onderhoud en verbeteringen. - Je bedient reactorvaten, menginstallaties, pompen, transportbanden, droog- en verpakkingsinstallaties. - Je werkt met PLC- en SCADA-systemen en stelt recepten en procesparameters in zonder PLC-programmeerwerk. - Je voert visuele controles en metingen uit en neemt monsters voor la.

- MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur VAPRO A of VAPRO B. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegensysteem. - Relevante werkervaring in productie of procesindustrie. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basiskennis van Engels. - Hands-on mentaliteit en leergierige instelling. - Technische basiskennis van mechaniek en ervaring met storingswerkzaamheden. - Vaardigheid met ICT-middelen voor productie- en registratieprocessen.
