The posting

Als procesoperator werk je in een technisch veeleisende productieomgeving gericht op procesoptimalisatie en productkwaliteit. Je bedient en bewaakt meerdere continue en batchprocessen, voert controles en analyses uit en handelt afwijkingen gestructureerd af. Veilig werken en naleving van procedures (HACCP, NEN, ISO) staan voorop. De functie kent een seizoensgebonden 5-ploegendienst van eind augustus tot ongeveer eind april; daarna stap je over naar dagdienst. Je registreert procesgegevens in ERP- en documentatiesystemen, voert kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en neemt deel aan verbeterteams. Deze rol vraagt praktische vakkennis, ervaring met SCADA en ERP-software en het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen binnen gestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidskaders. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bijsturen van snij-, pers-, diffusie-, filtratie-, indamp- en pasteurisatieprocessen vanuit bedieningsruimte of het veld. - Controleren en inspecteren van productieapparatuur en procesverloop om kwaliteit en continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen. - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud, analyseren en verhelpen van kleine storingen en ondersteunen van de storingsdienst bij reparaties. - Registreren van procesgegevens in SAP/SharePoint, uitvoeren van analyses en deelnemen aan verbeterteams voor procesoptimalisatie.

Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding procestechniek of VAPRO B, met de intentie om VAPRO C te halen. - Minimaal twee jaar werkervaring in de procesindustrie en ervaring met SCADA, ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office. - VCA-basis of bereidheid dit te behalen; kennis van HACCP, NEN, ISO en ARBO-richtlijnen is vereist. - Praktische technische vaardigheden zoals vervangen van afsluiters en pakkingen, gestructureerd werken en zelfstandig probleemoplossend vermogen.
