Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket als procesoperator eruit?

  • Je bewaakt en controleert het productieproces continu volgens de vastgelegde procedures en protocollen.
  • Je stelt de procesparameters in en stuurt deze bij waar nodig om de productkwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan de apparatuur om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Je reageert snel en doeltreffend op afwijkingen in het productieproces en meldt deze aan de bevoegde afdelingen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving door de veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt na te leven.
  • Je analyseert procesgegevens en rapporteert je bevindingen aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om een vlot, efficiënt en kwalitatief productieproces te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma in procestechniek, chemie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met techniek en procesmatige werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegendienst te werken, inclusief nachtdiensten.
  • Je bent veiligheidsbewust en leeft de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt na.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt snel en doeltreffend reageren op storingen of afwijkingen in het productieproces.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van chemische processen en materialen.
  • Je staat open voor een tijdelijke functie ter vervanging van een langdurig zieke medewerker.
