The posting

Als Procesoperator werk je midden in het productieproces van technische vezels en ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat de installatie veilig en efficiënt draait. Je brengt procesparameters in kaart, verhelpt storingen zelfstandig en legt duidelijk vast wat er speelt tijdens jouw dienst. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en hebt regelmatig contact met maintenance, technologie en QHSE-collega's om processen te verbeteren. Dagelijks merk je dat jouw analyses en snelle beslissingen direct invloed hebben op kwaliteit en continuïteit. Er is ruimte om mee te doen in projectwerkgroepen en je draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu en efficiency. Functie-inhoud - Zelfstandig verhelpen van processtoringen en direct ingrijpen bij afwijkende procesparameters in de productieomgeving. - Uitvoeren van storingsanalyses, meten en vastleggen van proceswaarden en adviseren over opvolgende acties. - Vastleggen en overdragen van dienstinformatie, storingen en projectresultaten in overzichtelijke rapportages. - Meedraaien in projectwerkgroepen gericht op veiligheid, milieu, kwaliteit en efficiency en technische teams ondersteunen.

Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 (Operator B/C, MTS procestechniek of AOT) met affiniteit voor chemische processen. - Proactieve houding ten aanzien van veilig werken en milieu, je werkt consequent volgens procedures en voorschriften. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden om storingsoorzaken te identificeren en samen met collega’s oplossingen te realiseren. - Samenwerkingsgericht en communicatief vaardig bij overdrachten, bereidheid om te werken in 5-ploegendienst.

Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tot €4.125, met extra verdienmogelijkheden bij werkzaamheden in de 5-ploegendienst. - Fulltime aanstelling voor 40 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband via detavast. - 8,33% vakantiegeld en een persoonlijk keuzebudget dat je kunt inzetten voor extra vrije dagen. - Samenwerking met technische specia
