Voor mijn klant, een gespecialiseerd bedrijf actief in bulkgoederen, ben ik op zoek naar een Technisch Procesoperator in een volcontinu ploegenstelsel voor hun controlekamer regio Gent-Zeehaven.

Jobomschrijving

Als technisch procesoperator met ervaring in chemische productieprocessen heb je kennis van het bewaken en vlot laten verlopen van processen vanuit vanuit de controlekamer? Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bewaken en aansturen van productie-installaties vanuit de controlekamer.
  • Opvolgen en interpreteren van procesparameters.
  • Corrigerende acties ondernemen bij afwijkingen of procesverstoringen.
  • Detecteren, analyseren en rapporteren van technische storingen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met operatoren op de werkvloer voor een vlotte en veilige productie.
  • Correct registreren van productiegegevens en operationele rapportages.
  • Werken volgens geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een stabiele en efficiënte procesvoering.
  • Diploma binnen een chemische of elektromechanische studie
  • Relevante ervaring binnen chemie, procesindustrie of petrochemie.
  • Ervaring als procesoperator met verantwoordelijkheid in een controlekameromgeving.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en kennis van procesbewaking.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en beslissingen durven nemen.
  • Nauwkeurige, verantwoordelijke en veiligheidsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een volcontinu ploegensysteem.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands.
