Jij voert taken uit zoals het instellen van recepturen, het monitoren van procesparameters en het uitvoeren van eerste lijn onderhoud en controles om de continuïteit van productie te waarborgen. Het salaris bedraagt €2600 tot €4500 per maand en past bij de gevraagde ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden binnen deze rol. De organisatie stimuleert doorgroei en biedt mogelijkheden voor verdere technische ontwikkeling binnen de procesindustrie door middel van gerichte opleidingen en coaching. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, bewaakt en optimaliseert procesinstallaties als Procesoperator. - Je stelt procesparameters in en stuurt bij op basis van procesdata en kwaliteitsmetingen. - Je voert controles en registraties uit volgens procedures en rapporteert afwijkingen tijdig. - Je lost kleine storingen op en ondersteunt bij gepland onderhoud van installaties. - Je werkt volgens veiligheids- en milieuregels en draagt actief bij aan verbeterinitiatieven binnen de productie. - Je werkt op vier productielijnen in een continu- of semi-continu proces binnen de chemische maakindustrie en produceert hoofdzakelijk halffabricaten en eindproducten. - Je bedient reactorvaten, menginstallaties, pompen, transportbanden en verpakkingslijnen en werkt met PLC- en SCADA-systemen waarbij je recepturen en procesparameters instelt zonder PLC-programmering. - Je voert first-line onderhoud uit en lost technische storingen zelfstandig op waar mogelijk en escaleert complexe problemen naar de technische dienst of ploegl.

- MBO in Procestechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de procesindustrie. - Basiskennis van besturingssystemen en receptuurinstellingen en vaardigheid in het instellen van procesparameters. - Technische onderhoudsvaardigheden en ervaring met first-line storingsanalyse en uitvoerende onderhoudstaken. - Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu en ervaring met werken volgens procedures. - Goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden en bereidheid tot ploegendiensten indien vereist. - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands.
