Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zoeken we een procesoperator in Kallo voor een direct vast contract bij een innovatieve zuivelproducent. Je slaat de interim-fase over en tekent direct een onmiddellijk vast contract bij een stabiele en groeiende topspeler in de zuivelindustrie.

Als procesoperator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: van de controlekamer tot de fysieke installaties. Je bewaakt de automatisering en doet de eerste inspectie en ingrepen bij technische storingen. Je staat in een zelfroosterend volconitnu systeem en bewaakt kwaliteit en continuïteit, samen met de hygieneregels.

  • Je beschikt over een technisch A2-diploma (Chemie, Voeding of Elektromechanica) of bent gelijkwaardig door soortgelijke ervaring als procesoperator.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en bent bereid om veel bij te leren.
  • Je bent alert, stressbestendig en wilt in een hoogtechnologisch machinepark werken.
  • Je vindt vlot je draai in een volcontinu ploegensysteem en hecht veel belang aan een propere en veilige werkomgeving.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands om de strikte hygiene- en veiligheidsvoorschriften op de site te kunnen volgen.
  • Beheren van het geautomatiseerde productieproces vanuit de controlekamer.
  • Uitvoeren van technische eerstelijnsinterventies, waarbij je analyseert en zelf storingen oplost om stilstand te beperken.
  • Coordineren den aanvoer en stockage van de producten.
  • Uitvoeren van staalnames en laboratoriumtests volgens strikte HACCP- en ISO-procedures.
  • Registreren van kritieke productiedata en controlegegevens in het systeem om volledige traceerbaarheid en continue procesverbetering te garanderen.
