Deze organisatie opereert binnen de food-sector en richt zich op productie op een high-care afdeling binnen de maakindustrie en procesindustrie, waarbij strikte hygiëne en kwaliteitscontrole centraal staan in alle werkzaamheden en processen. Je werkt met moderne productielijnen en legt nadruk op nauwkeurigheid, food-safety en het voorkomen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen in alle stappen van de productie. Je voert werkvoorbereiding uit, assembleert en bedient hijs- en kraansystemen, vult grondstoffen aan en voert routinematige controles uit om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Discipline in schoonmaak, aandacht voor detail en het volgen van strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsprocedures zijn essentieel om veilige en betrouwbare producten te leveren aan de afnemers. De functie biedt een marktconform salaris van €2600 - €4000 bruto per maand en aantrekkelijke secundaire voorwaarden met mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar meer technische functies binnen de maakindustrie. Functie-inhoud - Je laat het productieproces op de high-care afdeling veilig en efficiënt draaien. - Je bereidt productieruns voor door grondstoffen te picken op basis van recepturen en materialen klaar te maken. - Je bedient hijs- en kraansystemen voor het plaatsen van bigbags en het aanvullen van de productielijnen. - Je voert routinematige kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen of calamiteiten. - Je stort handmatig grondstoffen bij waar nodig en bewaakt nauwkeurig de receptuurnauwkeurigheid. - Je monitort het proces continu via PLC-gestuurde besturing en stelt recepten en procesparameters in volgens werkorders. - Je voert eerste lijn storingsanalyse uit aan mixers, transportbanden, pompen en verpakkingsmachines en lost eenvoudige storingen zelfstandig op of schakelt technische dienst of de ploegleider in bij complexere issues. - Je voert visuele controles, temperatuur- en weegmetingen uit en neemt routinematig monsters voor laboratoriumanalyse volgens HACCP- en GMP-richtlijnen. - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur MBO richting Procestechniek. - Affiniteit met het besturen van machines en ervaring met kraanbediening is een pré. - Fysiek fit en bereid om mee te helpen bij handmatige werkzaamheden. - Verantwoordelijk en in staat om zelfstandig een eigen dagplanning te maken. - Oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne en strikt werk volgens procedures. - Flexibel inzetbaar binnen vaste dagdiensturen.
