Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Geleen.

Dit productiebedrijf opereert in een voedings- en verpakkingsomgeving waar zowel halffabricaten als eindproducten worden vervaardigd, met ongeveer 60% eindproducten en 40% halffabricaten. De locatie in Geleen beschikt over meerdere productielijnen met conveyors, pompen, verpakkingsmachines en menginstallaties die worden bewaakt met PLC-gestuurde besturingen en SCADA voor procesmonitoring. De dagelijkse operatie draait in een 3-ploegenrooster waarbij operators productiecycli uitvoeren, procesmetingen verrichten en monsters nemen voor laboratoriumanalyse. Operators voeren visuele controles en steekproeven uit en werken volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften waarmee de proces- en productkwaliteit continu wordt gewaarborgd. Daarnaast voeren operators eerste-lijn onderhoudstaken uit zoals smeren, reinigen en kleine afstellingen en escaleren zij complexere storingen naar de technische dienst of de shiftleader. De organisatie vraagt een praktische en hands-on houding en stimuleert verbeteringen door het signaleren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden voor afname van uitval en energiebesparing in de productieomgeving.
