De organisatie werkt volgens gangbare voedselveiligheidsnormen en hanteert strikte kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen. In Kesteren bedien je geavanceerde procesapparatuur binnen een productieomgeving. De organisatie investeert in vakmanschap en training, en faciliteert de ontwikkeling van medewerkers richting meer verantwoordelijkheid en technische specialisaties. Werken in ploegendiensten is onderdeel van de dagelijkse operatie, waardoor flexibiliteit en samenwerking binnen teams essentieel zijn voor het behalen van productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bewaken van de geautomatiseerde vrieslijn als Procesoperator; - Bedienen van de vries- en verpakkingslijnen en monitoren van alle procesinstellingen; - Realiseren van productieorders volgens planning en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen; - Uitvoeren van algemeen onderhoud, reinigen van machines en verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen; - Nemen van monsters voor analyses en waarborgen van hygiëne en voedselveiligheid; - Signaleren van afwijkingen, klachten en verbetermogelijkheden en rapporteren aan de teamleider; - Samenwerken met machine operators en heftruckchauffeurs binnen de ploeg; - Monitoren en bijstellen van procesparameters via PLC-systemen en SCADA-rapportages; - Eerste lijn foutanalyse uitvoeren en kleine storingen zelfstandig verhelpen met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig; - Verantwoordelijk voor een volledige productielijn inclusief conveyors, pompen, vriesinstallatie en verpakkingsmachines in een hoogvolume en semi-continu productieproces; Functie-eisen - MBO opleiding in een technische richting of vergelijkbaar niveau; - Ervaring als operator in de voedin.
