Deze organisatie opereert binnen de maakindustrie en richt zich op continue productie van industriële producten met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Teams werken in een procesomgeving waar gestandaardiseerde productieprocessen, procesoptimalisatie en naleving van milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften centraal staan. Jij bedient procesinstallaties, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert procesgegevens om producten binnen gestelde specificaties te houden. Er is aandacht voor dagelijkse onderhoudstaken, reiniging van apparatuur en het oplossen van kleine storingen om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen. Medewerkers krijgen begeleiding en mogelijkheden voor opleiding zodat zij zich kunnen ontwikkelen binnen technische rollen in de procesindustrie. De werkomgeving is gestructureerd met duidelijke procedures voor veiligheid en milieu, waarbij een pragmatische aanpak wordt gehanteerd om werkmethoden te verbeteren en efficiëntie te verhogen. Het arbeidsaanbod bevat een helder salarisbeleid met een maandelijkse schaal van €2600 - €4000 per maand en aanvullende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij rollen op de werkvloer. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient, bewaakt en stuurt productieprocessen binnen de installatie bij. - Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert procesgegevens om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Jij onderhoudt en reinigt procesapparatuur en lost kleine storingen op om de continuïteit te waarborgen. - Jij werkt volgens veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften en draagt actief bij aan risicovermindering. - Jij ondersteunt collega’s bij overdrachten en zorgt voor een correcte overdracht van procesinformatie tijdens ploegwissels. - Jij voert eerste lijns storingsanalyse uit en lost technische verstoringen zelfstandig op of escaleert naar technische dienst of ploegleider. - Jij bedient geautomatiseerde installatiebesturing en stelt procesparameters en recepten in via PLC/SCADA onder begeleiding. Functie-eisen - MBO-diploma in Procestec.

- MBO-diploma in Procestechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare richting. - 0-2 jaar ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving, stages tellen mee. - Kennis van procesbesturing en basis meet- en regelsystemen. - Nauwkeurig en technisch inzicht met probleemoplossend vermogen. - Beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week en flexibel bij ploegwissels. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
