Medewerkers krijgen training op de werkvloer en ondersteuning bij het ontwikkelen van technische vaardigheden en proceskennis. Jij houdt je bezig met kwaliteitscontroles, het omstellen van machines en het oplossen van kleine storingen, en draagt bij aan een veilige productieomgeving. De organisatie werkt met vaste procedures voor veiligheid en onderhoud en besteedt aandacht aan heldere communicatie tussen ploegen en technische dienst. Werken in deze omgeving vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en een praktische instelling.
