De productieomgeving richt zich op zuivelproducten en combineert geautomatiseerde processen met handmatige kwaliteitscontroles en gestructureerd onderhoud. De organisatie hanteert vaste procedures voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteitsborging en biedt een duidelijke werkomgeving voor medewerkers die in ploegendiensten werken. Medewerkers krijgen begeleiding en scholing om technische vaardigheden en proceskennis verder te ontwikkelen en er zijn mogelijkheden voor doorgroei naar allround rollen of technische functies. In Bleskensgraaf vormt samenwerking binnen een ploeg een belangrijk onderdeel van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en wordt er aandacht besteed aan heldere overdrachten tussen diensten. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en bestuurt het productieproces zodat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft. - Je stelt installaties in en bedient de procesbesturing om de productieplanning te realiseren. - Je neemt monsters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen direct. - Je signaleert en verhelpt kleine storingen en ondersteunt bij technische werkzaamheden. - Je zorgt voor schoonmaak en orde op de werkplek en draagt bij aan veiligheid en hygiëne. - Je voert eerste lijns storingsanalyse uit en lost technische verstoringen zelfstandig op of schakelt bij complexere problemen de technische dienst of ploegleider in. - Je programmeert receptinstellingen en stelt procesparameters in op PLC/SCADA om batches en semi-continuïne processen te beheersen. - Je neemt monsters voor visuele en laboratoriumanalyse en voert temperatuur- en drukmetingen uit volgens HACCP- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften. Functie-eisen - MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur richting Procestechniek of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Ervaring in ploegendiensten, bij voorkeur in een 4-ploegensysteem. - Praktische technische vaardigheden en inzicht in proce.
