Je werkt met moderne productielijnen en hanteert een gestructureerde aanpak van productie, kwaliteitsbewaking en veiligheid. De focus ligt op continue procesoptimalisatie, waarbij jij bijdraagt aan verbetertrajecten en innovatie binnen de productielijnen. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling, zodat je vakkennis groeit en door kunt groeien naar meer verantwoordelijkheden. Het arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket bevat een salarisrange van €2900 - €4300 per maand, aangevuld met secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals pensioen en reiskostenvergoeding. De cultuur is resultaatgericht met nadruk op veiligheid en samenwerking, en jij werkt samen om procesbetrouwbaarheid en productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Door kennisdeling en trainingen blijf je up-to-date met procesmethoden en veiligheidsprotocollen, waardoor er ruimte ontstaat voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en loopbaanstappen binnen de organisatie. Functie-inhoud - Je zorgt voor het goed laten verlopen van het productieproces. - Je bedient en stelt diverse machines en productielijnen in om productie te optimaliseren. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en documenteert meetresultaten; direct ingrijpen bij afwijkingen. - Je signaleert en lost eerste lijnstoringen op en voert preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit. - Je werkt mee aan innovatieprojecten en test nieuwe producten en grondstoffen. - Je stelt recepten en parameters in in PLC/SCADA-systemen, neemt monsters voor laboratoriumanalyse en verzorgt overdrachten tussen diensten. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Chemische Technologie of Procestechniek. - Junior werkervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving, 0-2 jaar is voldoende. - Kennis van procesbewaking en kwaliteitscontroles. - Basisvaardigheden in technisch onderhoud en storingsanalyse. - In het bezit van VCA of bereidheid om VCA te beha.
