De functie van Procesoperator vraagt om vakmanschap in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica en om het vermogen om zowel operationeel te werken als procesverbeteringen door te voeren. Functie-inhoud - Veilig en efficiënt laten verlopen van het lakproces als Procesoperator - Monitoren en bewaken van geautomatiseerde productiesystemen en procesparameters - Oplossen van technische storingen aan machines op het gebied van elektrotechniek, werktuigbouw en besturingssystemen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en laboratoriumtaken en nauwkeurig registreren van meetresultaten - Initiëren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen en deelnemen aan preventief onderhoud en lean-initiatieven - Producten: gecoate metalen onderdelen, combinatie van semi-fabricaten (60%) en eindproducten (40%) - Werkomgeving: locatie met circa 120 medewerkers, 3 productielijnen en gemiddeld 4 operators per dienst, batch en semi-continu productie - Technische verantwoordelijkheid: instellen en bijstellen van procesparameters, eerste lijn storingsanalyse en zelfstandig oplossen van technische verstoringen, escalatie naar engineering of ploegleider bij complexe storingen - Automatisering en apparatuur: werken met PLC-gestuurde installaties en SCADA voor monitoring, apparatuur zoals transportbanden, pompen, compressoren, drogers en applicatiecabines - Kwaliteit en veiligheid: uitvoeren van visuele controles, laagdikte- en hechtingstesten, monstername voor laboratoriumanalyses en melden van afwijkingen volgens kwaliteits.

- Afgeronde MBO4 opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica - Aantoonbare ervaring in een productieomgeving met geautomatiseerde productiesystemen - Vaardigheid in het zelfstandig detecteren en oplossen van storingen en storingsanalyse - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken - Gemotiveerd om continu te leren en bij te dragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering
