Jij houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit en verbetering van de processen en maakt gebruik van je analytische vaardigheden. Functie-inhoud - Beheren, bewaken en bijsturen van de productieprocessen - Uitvoeren van proces- en kwaliteitscontroles - Tijdig signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen in het proces - Bijdragen aan verbetertrajecten en voorstellen doen voor procesverbetering - Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen - Werken volgens geldende procedures en richtlijnen voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit Functie-eisen - Afgeronde Mbo-opleiding in procestechniek, Vapro A/B, of AOT Procestechniek - Enkele jaren ervaring in de procesindustrie als Procesoperator - Communicatief vaardig met goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Positieve instelling en initiatiefrijk - Kwaliteits- en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Bereid om nachtdiensten te draaien (3-ploegen / 5-ploegen) Wij bieden - Basissalaris tussen de €3.575 - €5.225 bruto per maand - Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Doorgroei- en opleidingsmogelijkheden - Grote mate van zelfstandigheid en vrijheid - Mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan de uitbreiding van de organisatie - Goede en informele werksfeer
