Dit productiebedrijf in Katwijk aan Zee werkt met productielijnen en productiewissels. De organisatie hanteert strikte eisen op het gebied van hygiëne en voedselveiligheid en richt zich op het waarborgen van continuïteit en kwaliteit van het productieproces. Binnen de productieomgeving voeren operators dagelijkse controles en registraties uit om de productie te bewaken en afwijkingen te signaleren. De werkactiviteiten vragen om nauwkeurigheid bij het instellen van machines en het bijstellen van procesparameters om constante output en productkwaliteit te realiseren. De productieomgeving vraagt bovendien technische aandacht voor kleine storingen die direct opgelost moeten kunnen worden en voor tijdige afstemming met de technische dienst bij grotere problemen.
